This short course on Christianity and the Episcopal Church begins Sunday, Aug. 21, and is held each week until the Bishop visits in October to confirm participants. Father Michael teaches, and provides lunch!
9:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall.
Father Michael speaks more about the Gospel of day, or continues his overview of the Book of Common Prayer. Topics changes as the needs of parishioners change.
9:30 a.m. in the Parlor.
Parishioners are carefully reading the Book of Isaiah, sharing insights into what the word of God is revealing to each of us.
9:30 a.m. in the Youth Lodge.
Junior and high school students meet with Kim and Will Duncan to talk about scripture and its application to their constantly evolving lives.

Children in K5-5th grade meet to learn stories of the Bible, creeds and traditions of the church, and how to incorporate Christian principals into their everyday lives.
During 10:30 a.m. Sunday Service.
Before the sermon, children gather at the front of the sanctuary to hear a special message from Father Michael, then process to the East Wing for an interactive discussion. They return to church for Holy Eucharist.
10:30 a.m. Wednesday, in the Warden's room.
Led by Amy Prather, this group is studying to book of Ezekiel and its implications for the modern world. All are welcome.
6:30 p.m. in the Parlor.
Join Father Michael for thematic teaching during the academic year, just after Holy Eucharist at 5:30 and dinner at 6.
6:30 p.m. in the Youth Lodge.
Students in grades 6-12 meet with Kim Duncan to discuss how the liturgical themes play out in their classrooms and social circles.
6:30 p.m. East Wing.
Young children meet for a special time to play, craft and sing.
